The elements of water, earth, air and fire (warmth) exist in us all. One of these elements is often predominant which we call our temperament. We can of course stimulate and activate all of these energies and bring them in harmony with each other. Through play with these characteristic qualities we can develop a feeling for the nature of the temperaments.
